As the Co-founder & Executive Chairman, Govi is responsible for setting and executing the vision of the company to make it the most trusted name in the Personal Finance software space in India.
He has more than 32 years of experience in the IT industry, in both the US and India. Prior to co-founding Perfios, Govi was a co-founder, CTO and Board Member at Aztecsoft, a pioneer in the Offshore Product Development Space. Prior to this, he has worked extensively in the database technology industry with Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC) and IBM.
Govi holds an M.S. in Computer Science from Massachusetts University and a B.E. in Electrical and Electronics from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. He is quite active in the Database Technology community and is an active participant at various Indian and international domain conferences.
Sabyasachi Goswami is the CEO of Perfios Software Solutions. As an early member of the team when the Company was still a small pioneering startup, Sabya has helped in transforming the company to a leading SaaS based innovative product company in the BFSI Sector with his spectacular track record in Enterprise Sales, Business Development, Sales Strategy, Operations, and Marketing.
Sabya started his journey in the FinTech/IT space by playing the role of Regional Sales Director for Middle East and APAC Regions at Sunoida Solutions, based out of Dubai. Prior to his stint at Sunoida, he has worked with leading Banks such as Axis, Standard Chartered, IDBI, HDFC and Citi where he built his strong Banking domain expertise.

He started his career as an engineer and has since then transformed into a business leader. He is currently playing the role of Chief Strategy Officer at Perfios where he manages the entire product strategy, working closely with the engineering team in creating world class products and engaging with enterprise clients in solution delivery.

He is a leading expert in the field of Digital Lending platforms and has established domain and thought leadership in the fintech space. He is actively involved in some of RBI's policy papers, and is a contributor in various forums like DLAI, FICCI, Digital Fifth. He is the Co-Chairman of the Fintech Council of Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India (ASSOCHAM) and is also a visiting faculty at National Institute of Bank Management.
Omkar kick-started his career at Ernst & Young as part of their Fraud Investigations and Dispute Services Team working across Loan Frauds, Security Market Frauds and Global Money Laundering. He has over 12 years of experience in the fields of fraud investigations and background checks.
Omkar leads the Product Ideation and Development at Perfios with the aim to take the solutions across 20 Countries globally and build a $100 million revenue organization in the coming 3-4 years.
Omkar is also a member of the Steering Committee of Technology Service Providers under the Account Aggregator Framework of RBI, working on creating a framework for seamless digital exchange of intelligence amongst businesses while protecting individuals’ right to privacy.
A self-made entrepreneur, Omkar loves reading comic books and graphic novels as they help in expanding his imaginative faculties. He is a Horology fanatic working on building his collection of exquisite time pieces.
Sridhar Narayan is an accomplished sales & strategy leader with more than 2 decades of experience. In his latest role he was heading BFSI Business for Adobe India. He set up Digital Experience vertical for BFSI at Adobe, started with a very small deal and grew the business to $30 Mn ARR. He led a very large team of Sales, Customer Success, Partner team, Solution Consulting, Professional services, Product engineering & Premier support teams to deliver cutting edge solutions to Financial Services customers. During his tenure he aligned Adobe’s product strategy towards market opportunities and was instrumental in creating new markets.
Prior to that he spent 10 years at Microsoft driving Consulting Strategy, Sales Excellence across multiple business units. He started his career with ESRI & moved to IBM to lead Mid market business. Outside of his work he is very active in CSR, taken up teaching govt school kids online since covid days, he is teaching Grade 8 AI and Grade 6 Mathematics in Kannada. His personal passion is reading, travelling & Architecture.
He is married with two kids, his spouse is product leader in Banking wealth management. Son is in Grade 10 and daughter is in Grade 8.
Sumit has over 26 years of experience in the software industry.
He has worked with a number of technical companies such as Verisign, EMC, Informatica, Walmart Global Tech and Bigbasket. He has played the roles spanning that of hands-on technical architect to heading the entire engineering function. He has built strong teams and pioneered engineering best practices across geographies.
He has experience building low latency high volume applications, architecting data intensive systems, leveraging mathematics and data science, architecting distributed systems, troubleshooting complex systemic issues and optimising diverse tech stacks.
He has authored multiple award winning technical papers and also presented in various symposiums.
Sumit holds a B.E degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from NIT, Calicut.
Rajesh leads as the Chief Financial Officer at Perfios, where his immense industry expertise and his impressive track record of delivering strong financial outcomes play a huge role in ensuring a sustainable trajectory for growth. With over 25 years of experience in the global IT services industry, he transformed organisations into leading multinational corporations with his proven ability to improve business ops, drive growth, and maximise profit.
Prior to his role at Perfios, Rajesh led Infosys as the CFO of Product, and played a key role in ensuring successful mergers and acquisitions.
As the International Business Head at Perfios, Pramod is responsible for setting up and building the footprint of Perfios globally.
Pramod is an experienced banking professional with 23 years of experience at Standard Chartered Bank handling various leadership roles across multiple geographies in India, Middle East and Asia. He has functional expertise in domains such as Product Management, Credit Risk Management, Business Strategy, Business Development, Marketing, Transaction Banking, Service Quality and Wealth Management.
He has operated through 2 credit cycles and is recognized as a transformation agent reengineering banking operation models to adapt to the ever-changing business environment. With his deep financial services background, Pramod helps institutions identify the different use-cases where the unique array of Perfios products can help drive their digital transformation journeys.

DChak is the Chief Technical Nerd and a Co-founder of Perfios. He has 30 years of experience in the software industry.
He holds a B. Tech. from IIT Kharagpur and M. Tech. from IIT Kanpur.
He had a long stint with Wipro writing optimizing compilers. He later worked with IBM India and moved around IBM, T J Walton Labs and Almaden Research Labs doing device driver and database related works. He joined Govi as one of the founding members of Aztec in 1997, where he developed frameworks & app servers. At Perfios, he leads the team to architect and implement the Perfios product lines. Famous for his Obsessive-Compulsive-Disorder, he is known to lose his cool even if a space character is out of place while reviewing software programs.

C.N. Ram joined Warburg Pincus as an Advisor in 2015 to provide technology oversight for their IT investments across portfolios. He brings more than 35 years of experience in Banks, Manufacturing and BPO industries. He is also skilled in Strategic Planning, Technology Operations, Business Transformation, ERP Implementations, and Process Outsourcing Initiatives in India. He holds a good experience in setting up IT systems from scratch and scaling them to world-class standards. He has worked closely with RBI on various projects creating significant impact on the banking industry like IDRBT, ReBIT, Cheque Truncation, NPCI etc.
He has worked on the Customary Advisory Boards of leading IT organizations across the globe including NCR, HP and VISA. He was also the Group President & CIO for the Essar Group from 2010 – 2013, head – IT in HDFC for 14 years from 1994 and set up a profit-oriented social venture along with 5 others called Rural Shores Business Services in 2008. Rural Shores Business Services helps create job opportunities for the educated youth in rural India by employing them in BPOs set up in villages.
His achievements include 3 Lifetime Achievement Awards from leading publications for his stellar contribution as CIO in multiple organizations. He is an Independent Director on the Board of Aditya Birla Health Insurance Company, NSEIT Limited and SBI Funds Management.
Rama Subramaniam Gandhi is a financial sector policy expert and an advisor. He has expertise in Banking and Non-Banking Regulation, Payment Systems, Financial Markets, FinTech and Currency Management. He was a Deputy Governor for the Reserve Bank of India for three years from 2014-2017. He has been a seasoned and accomplished central banker for 37 years. He had a three-year secondment to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). He was also the Director and Research in Banking Technology (IDRBT), Hyderabad.
He is associated with various committees, working groups and task forces in domestic and international levels. He was one of the initial members of the Monetary Policy Committee (MPC). He was also a member of the Basle Committee on Banking Supervision (BCBS) and the Committee on Global Financial Systems (CGFS), Basle.

He has a technical education background with a certificate course in System Programming from the IBM Education, Sydney, Australia and courses in ORACLE, Assemble Language, Networking, etc. He also holds a certificate in Gandhian Thoughts from the Madurai University, Tamil Nadu, India.
Vishal Gupta is a partner and the Managing Director for the Bessemer Venture Partners, Bangalore, where he primarily focuses on investments in consumer internet, financial technologies and healthcare technology.
His prior experience includes being a Senior Manager in the treasury at Reliance Group, where he was instrumental in establishing the private equity fund that made investments in companies such as Celebrity Fashions, Adlabs, and other firms in Healthcare and Financial Services.

He has been a senior banker with strong domestic and international banking experience of four decades. He was one of the longest serving Chairman and Managing Directors in the Indian public sector banking industry and also served as a Chairman of the Indian Banks Association.
He was the Chairman of SWIFT India Domestic Services (The Society of Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication India Limited). He was also the Chairman of the committee set up by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to assess the Priority Sector Lending norms in the country.
Dr. Ashish Gupta is a Co-founder of Helion Venture Partners and serves on the boards of Gridstone Research, Jivox, Kirusa, MuSigma, Naukri.com and SMS Gupshup. He co-founded two successful companies – Tavant Technologies and Junglee that pioneered comparison shopping on the internet. He has also worked with the likes of Woodside Fund, Oracle Corporation and IBM research. His investments include Daksh (IBM), Odesk, Obongo (AOL), Speedera (Akamai), MakeMyTrip, Merittrac (Manipal Group) and Kaboodle (Hearst).
Ashish also serves on the Board of Kauffman Fellows Program which is the leading educational fellowship in Venture Capital and the Foundation for Excellence that promotes education in India. He holds a PhD in Computer Science from Stanford University and a Bachelor’s degree from IIT Kanpur where he was awarded the President’s Gold medal. A.G. Muralikrishnan is a qualified Chartered Accountant and is the Founder and CEO of Ujwal Management Services Limited – a company that focuses on assisting global technology corporations in setting up their offshore operations in Bangalore, India. By handling the responsibility for managing the ‘non-core’ aspects of its customers' business like finance and accounting, statutory compliances etc., Ujwal enables customers to have a sharp focus on the core aspects of the business.
